The web version of UNC Charlotte's Undergraduate Catalog is based on the current edition of the official PDF publication, published in May 2009.  The catalog is published online only. It is not available in printed format.

From time to time, policies do change mid-year. When necessary, those changes are incorporated into the current HTML catalog text. Updated course offering information replaces the original (online/HTML only) as it is approved by the appropriate channels (i.e., course additions, changes, and deletions are updated online after they are approved by the Undergraduate Course and Curriculum Committee). This type of document ensures that current and prospective students, faculty, and staff are receiving the most current information regarding the University. However, some of the web pages remain stagnant, including all PDF files, and are changed only after the new printed publication has been implemented (annually).

Students:  For specific requirements for your major or program, please refer to the PDF copy of the Undergraduate Catalog of the year that you entered UNC Charlotte.
