professional nursing practice in relation to current trends and issues in

NURN 4400. Professional Nursing Practicum/Seminar. (6) Prerequisites: NURN 3100, NURS 3113 and 3200 or permission
of instructor. Clinical practicum
incorporating theory-based practice in a variety of settings with clients who
have multiple health care needs. Emphases
are on clinical judgement and decision-making,
diagnostic reasoning, clinical ethics, collaboration and case management. Examination of nursing
therapeutics within the structure of nursing process and nursing diagnosis. (Fall, Spring)
